AI Policy
How the current FineSyte workflow uses AI assistance and where human and customer review remain necessary.
Effective 2026-09-17 · Version 1.0.0
Where AI assistance is used
- An optional intake feature can turn a customer's design-direction text into a suggested rewrite.
- After payment, AI-assisted production tools can process the customer's submitted brief and materials to draft website content, structure, and design implementation.
- Internal review tools may assist with quality checks and revisions.
The optional brief enhancer currently sends only the text entered for that feature. The paid production workflow can send broader order materials, including résumé content, intake answers, links, and images, to the configured AI provider.
FineSyte uses a configured Anthropic provider for the current AI-assisted features. Provider settings and terms govern provider-side processing, retention, and model-use practices; FineSyte does not promise that submitted information is never retained or used for provider safety or service operations.
Human and customer review
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable. FineSyte's workflow includes human review before a client site becomes live, and the customer receives an approval opportunity.
Customers must check facts, names, dates, links, credentials, claims, and permissions before approving publication. FineSyte does not promise that automated output is error-free.
No eligibility decisions
FineSyte creates personal websites. It is not designed to make employment, admissions, credit, housing, insurance, medical, legal, or other eligibility decisions about customers or visitors.
Data use and provider terms
AI providers process submitted information to return output to FineSyte. Provider terms, account settings, and contractual commitments determine matters such as retention and model-training use.
FineSyte does not make a separate promise about provider training or retention beyond the provider terms and settings applicable to the feature. See the Privacy Policy.
Sensitive or confidential information
Customers should not submit passwords, government identification numbers, payment credentials, medical records, or unrelated confidential information. A résumé may still contain personal information, so customers should remove anything they do not want used to build the site.
Rights in AI-assisted output
Ownership and licensing of customer materials, final site files, reusable FineSyte tools, third-party components, and AI-assisted output remain subject to the final Terms and Content and Rights policy.
