Terms of Service

These terms apply between the customer and Dylan Brown, doing business as FineSyte, a Sole proprietorship operating in California, United States.

FineSyte is intended for people age 13 or older. FineSyte does not ask for a birth date or parent contact information in the ordinary account or order flow.

If FineSyte learns that an account holder is under 13, it will pause the order and review deletion or other required handling before continuing.

FineSyte currently serves customers in United States. If FineSyte learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, it will pause ordinary service and review the account and submitted information before continuing.

FineSyte is a done-for-you personal website service. A customer supplies materials and direction; FineSyte creates a site, provides a review opportunity, and does not publish it until the required human approval step is complete.

The plan, price, included pages, revisions, and features shown immediately before checkout are part of the order. Current listed base prices are:

• Standard: $60, one-time base price; up to 5 linked pages; 1 revision round; no customer-facing pre-build design concepts promised.
• Premium: $100, one-time base price; up to 7 linked pages; 3 revision rounds; no customer-facing pre-build design concepts promised.
• Professional: $200, one-time base price; content-led page structure; 5+ revision rounds; 3 customer-facing pre-build design directions.

Taxes, currency treatment, and any separately requested services must be shown before payment where applicable.

California business presence. No sales-tax registration currently established. FineSyte currently provides electronically delivered website-design/services and is not currently collecting sales tax. Reassess tax-registration and nexus obligations if FineSyte begins selling taxable products/services or establishes obligations in additional jurisdictions. Stripe Tax is disabled. Prices are base prices; if a tax-collection obligation applies in the future, applicable taxes may be added as required.

Payment is collected through Stripe Checkout before production begins. FineSyte does not receive complete payment-card details from Stripe.

A paid project remains queued until FineSyte deliberately starts production. FineSyte records that production-start event separately from payment.

Delivery windows shown on the site are estimates that can depend on complete materials, order complexity, workload, customer response time, revisions, and approval.

The customer must provide accurate instructions and must have the rights or permissions needed for submitted text, images, logos, links, documents, and other materials. Customers should not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial credentials, medical records, or unrelated confidential information.

FineSyte may decline or remove material that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or outside the service scope.

The customer is responsible for reviewing names, dates, claims, links, images, and other facts before approval. Included revision rounds are determined by the purchased plan. FineSyte may grant additional revision credits based on project scope, complexity, circumstances, or internal discretion. After available credits are used, another revision round may be purchased for $10; larger or out-of-scope work may require separate approval or pricing.

Professional includes at least 5 revision rounds, not unlimited revisions. Its 5+ positioning reflects possible additional FineSyte-granted credits rather than an uncapped entitlement. Professional also includes 3 customer-facing multi-page design directions and a Personal Brand Guide.

FineSyte-hosted addresses and support-assisted custom domains depend on third-party hosting, domain, and DNS services. No domain name or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

No indefinite maintenance obligation is included by default. Revision credits cover discrete revision rounds and do not promise ongoing maintenance, lifetime updates, or permanent changes.

No fixed hosting duration, lifetime hosting promise, or indefinite maintenance obligation is included by default. Custom domains and third-party hosting depend on the applicable provider and customer-owned domain configuration.

The customer keeps ownership of customer-provided material. Subject to third-party rights and FineSyte's retained reusable intellectual property, the customer owns the final custom website deliverable and content created specifically for that customer. FineSyte retains reusable or pre-existing templates, components, design systems, internal libraries, automation, generation workflows, infrastructure, internal tooling, and reusable processes or systems.

Raw repository or source-code transfer is not automatically included with a FineSyte purchase. Repository handoff, migration assistance, or related technical transfer may be arranged separately if requested.

FineSyte and its providers may use customer material only as needed to create, review, host, support, and deliver the ordered site.

Public portfolio use, testimonials, review publication, or featuring a customer site requires separate permission and is not a condition of service.

FineSyte uses AI-assisted tools during parts of drafting and production, followed by human review. AI output can contain mistakes and is not a substitute for customer fact-checking.

The service also depends on third-party authentication, storage, payment, hosting, communications, source-control, and AI providers. See the AI Policy and Privacy Policy.

FineSyte may pause or end service for nonpayment, unlawful or infringing content, abuse, security threats, or material breach, subject to applicable rights and the circumstances of the order.
